Sir,

My Client has asked to access their client Netmeeting server.

They given one public Ip address 149.223.231.91,and they allowed all ports.

As per their details I given accelist in My firewall

"accesslist Inlist-12-SEP-08 permit tcp object-group net-meeting-private host 149.223.231.91 "

After that i tracert to that Public IP 149.223.231.91 From one of the system which i given access.

but result is it is stopped at other end(UK side).

Today i have a call with client Netsupport Group ,so what sholuld i tell,

and i also tested with Broadband also, same output has come.So Pls let me anything else frm my side.

Tnks

You ACl is incorrect,

change to:-

access-list Inlist-12-SEP-08 permit tcp any host 149.223.231.91 object-group net-meeting-private
