hi.
i want to create NTP server on ASA 5540 firewall, its work to synchronize to all my devise in network.
and if yes then tell me how i installed it on my asa.

ASA's cannot be NTP servers, only NTP clients.

ok then tell me what command i give to configure my ntp client i have windows ntp server.

asa(config)# ntp server x.x.x.x

after this command any required to set value.

use the "clock timezone" command to set the timezone. use "clock summertime" if you use daylight savings.

i had give this command

but after this its not synchronize with time.

show ntp status
show clock
if it's not working, debug ntp.
can you ping the ntp server from the asa?

yes
i ping that server.but i got time differnce between server and asa. its around 5min.

Hi Mitang,
I had a similar issue at one point in the past--the ASA was not syncing properly with a Windows 2003 NTP server. I believe the ASA was reporting the NTP server as having a status of "insane".
I am not 100% positive, but I believe these are the instructions I followed to resolve this issue. Take a look at the section called "Configuring the Windows Time service to use an internal hardware clock":
