I have no clue how to even get into my PIX this was put in place before i came to this company and i have never used it before. I have the access passwords, etc but i dont even know where to go to log into it. Can you point me to a document or some instructions on how to access it. Also whats a TAC?
This is a place where you'll find experts on various technologies to assist you. If you need assistance with PIX, you can call TAC and open a case with PIX team. All you need to have is a valid contract with Cisco, or your PIX must be under warranty to get software support on it.
