PIX 506E keeping reboot

Our compay bought PIX 506E last Nov. Recent couple days, it stop working. when you access it form console, it keep a circle between start and "Use BREAK or ESC to interrupt flash boot, or push SPACE to load config form flash memory". no matter which button you push, it start over again, seems it won't load confige from flash memory. After about 10 minutes, it boot up normally. It works for 2-3 hours, then start again. I have checked power supply, fan inside. It is ok. Does eveny one has same problem before?

Hi could you post the logs you have collected from your reboots. I probably think you have a hardware failure and need a RMA.

hopefully you have a backup of the config?

try re-imaging from Monitor Mode.
