Pix 515E PIX Version 6.3(1)

I am trying to route traffic from 192.168.255.0 /24 to a host 10.213.121.236. The traffic is being killed off by the pix and i can't see why. Does this version PIX Version 6.3(1) allow recognise 192.168.255.0 as a valid network?

Yes, PIX does recognize 192.168.255.0 as a valid network. You can use "show access-list" command to check which ACL is getting hit and blocking the traffic. You can then add the required network in the ACL to be permitted.
