Hi,
We got a few 515E sent far away recently. They were running 7.0(4) without any problems here, however once they arrived at their final destination two of them did not boot and stayed in reboot loop. It looks like

etc.
There are no problems with downloading image from ROM monitor mode and running it. Flash seems to be OK as well, it is accessible, it can be formatted, new image can be written and it stays there. So I assume there is some problem with load helper.
Inside the firewalls look OK, there are no visible mechanical defects.
What seemd to be strange, only two units of many got this problem. Not less, not more. It does not matter actually, although it is a kind of a mistery.
I am seeking an advise -- what could be done to fix it. I am under impression something is wrong with ROM, although I can be wrong.
No, we do not have a service contract on them. Do not ask why, I am not one, who made this decision.
Thank you,
Pavel

maybe they got banged up during shipping.. just b/c you can't visually see a problem, doesn't mean there isn't one.
got smartnet?

No smartnet (not my decision), otherwise I would open TAC case instead of bugging people here.
