PIX 525 in failover

HI,

Please guide me for the following

I have 2 PIX525 in failover mode.

In the primary I have configured the following

failover

failover timeout ----sec

failover poll --sec

failover IP address inetrface 1 (Secondary PIX Interface IP address)

failover IP address interface 2 (secondary PIX interface IP address)

In the secondary PIX525

failover

failover timeout ----sec

failover poll --sec

failover IP address inetrface 1(Primary PIX interface IP address)

failover IP address interface 2 (Primary interface IP address)

Is there any other configuration required.or stateful inspection what is the command?

Please help me.

Hi,

What kind of failover are you trying to, it looks like you want Active/Standby. Cable based or Lan based?

I suggest you have a look at this webpage, it gives you complete Failover configuration in Active/Standby state.
