I have done a few of these upgrades, with little to no problem. Any particular reason you ruled out 8.0(2) code? Anyway, I recently upgraded a 6.3(4) straight to 8.0(2) and had one problem, the remote user VPNs did not make it over cleanly. The Site to site VPNs did (and all other configuration). The only specific information in your list was I did not have conduits (nor any of my other upgrades). Fixup pretty much gets replaced with inspect maps.
