PIX error "addr < STRATA_CHIPSIZE"failed

Hi,

My PIX 515 was initially loaded with 7.x image. One of the ram strip failed. I tried to load 6.x image ( now only 32MB ram ).

But it gave an error

assertion "addr < STRATA_CHIPSIZE" failed: file "../flash/strata.c", line 222

Is there any way to erase old image.i heard about earsedisk.bin.
