PIX Version 8.0(3) Site to Site VPN Tunnel

Does anyone have an example for a Site to Site VPN Tunnel. I am using a PIX 515 running PIX Version 8.0(3) to a PIX 501 runnin6.3(5)

Raymond, follow this example.. does not matter if one is 8.x and other 6.3.., the process on the 6.3 is same as shown in this example.
