Hi
How i can forward public_IP:81 traffic to inside 192.168.0.1:81 network. please advise and help me

static (inside,outside) tcp x.x.x.x 81 192.168.0.1 81 netmask 255.255.255.255
access-l OUTSIDE_IN permit tcp any host x.x.x.x eq 81
access-group OUTSIDE_IN in interface outside
x.x.x.x = mapped address (WAN)

hello, just for your information.
Answer given to you in this regards is correct and it's called static PAT
if you are looking for just publishing you internal LAN IP ADDRESS then it would be different and it's called static NAT
hope it elaborate the idea. please rate it.
