portmap translation

we get following error on firewall when access is checked.

portmap translation creation failed for tcp src local: 10.70.10.2/13222 dst subs3:10.90.0.1/5001

10.70 is our local segment & 10.90 is one of our subsidary located outside of the region.

Pls advise how to rectify this.

Thanks!

Re: portmap translation

i have following statements:

nat (inside) 0 access-list inside_nat0_outbound

nat (inside) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

& interfaces are inside, outside & subsidary. This flow should go from inside to subsidary .

I fail to understand why this tries a nat and fails.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Re: portmap translation

are you natting from the inside to the subsidary and vice versa?
