QoS for Cisco 5505

Guys, I would like to ask you one question regarding QoS. I have Cisco 5505 K9 for 50 host with standard license.

Is it possbile to configure QoS on such kind of device?

I would like to ask you one more question regarding the ASA.

In my organization we are planning to do BYOD regulation. Just to go for simple solution, Cisco ASA 5505 with base licenses, support some kind of guest WiFI vlan? I mean that, people which will be connected to the WiFI should not access to the corporate resources.

I know, there is lot of solution for BYOD like http://www.air-watch.com/  http://boxtone.com/ and etc. however, i would like to go for cheap solution.

Any advices or recommendation?!
