Hi all,

I have a csc ssm installed on ASA 5520 with plus license. While trying to implement url filtering, if i put url to block, all http connections to any website are blocked. Is there anything i am missing in the csc setup. Please i need assistance, it is urgent.

Make sure the CSC module can go to the Internet and that it can ping the dns server and resolve DNS.

This kind of issue could be either of the 2 problems I mentioned because the module goes to the Trend server to ask for URL categories in order to make a decision to allow them or not. so if it can't resolve DNS or reach Trend server all pages will break.
