Hi
I would like to upgrade my ASA5540 from version 7.2.2 to version 8.x to take advantage of some of the new features.. Can anyone recommend what version to upgrade to?
Thanks

I am testing with version 8.0.4 and so far it is looking pretty good.

I can add to the post 8.0(4) looks very promessing, but always good to reference release notes open caveats to not cought you in surprices..

Thanks for the info.
There are a few caveats that are of slight concern, most of which have been resolevd in interim releases such as (8.0(4.5)). Any advise on going directly to an interim release or going with the main train of software?
I know the interim releases haven't been fully regression tested so I would be more inclined to go with 8.0.4 and only go to an interim release if there is an issue. Is this the correct thinking?

That would be a logical approach.
