Recovery Password Pix 506e???

Hi

I have a trouble with a pix 506e, we lost the password and I need recovery it. I was reading the procedure that there is in the web site cisco and not work,

My problem is when I send a ping from pix to my pc no problem it work, but if I send a ping from my pc to pix it don´t work. I have disabled firewall, Antivirus, or any one other program that drop the comunication.

So I can't recovery the password.

Can you helpme???

Hi,

Even if you disabled firewalls, antivirus, etc.. most likely something in the machine is messing around.

Have you tried from a different computer?

Yes, I did tests with other computer. but still the same problem.
