remote VPN user's sip softphone audio voice oneway

Hi,

I have configured remote vpn on cisco ASA [ Software Version 8.2(1)] and working fine. When we connect soft phone (SIP) in remote user PC the phone is registerd but audio voice is oneway. I hear the remote user voice but remote user not hear me. please help me for this issue.

Hi,

Provided all your soft phone settings are correct, have you tried disabling 'SIP' inspection in ASA (if enabled)?
