Remote vpn via broadband link - ASA firewall

Hi,

Is there any restrictions to remote vpn via broadband links. I have a firewall placed at pune and broadband users are unable to access the resources via broadband. I tried with a Tataindicom datacard from my office -- it goes fine. Is there any double nat causing the problem. I have a raised a tac and they are still working on this..

Anyone have experienced such issues..pls..

You will have to look at fw logs if not debug logs to see what could be the problem, if you believe there is double NAting somewhere along the path you can rule that out by enabling NAT transparency in the firewall,if you have NAT-T enabled it could then be something else with their vpn client setup or the broadband provider.
