Dear Joel,
Ask your ISP to route the 112.198.58.48 to your 112.198.61.104 network. You do not need to assign the 112.198.58.48 IP to any interface. You can create statics using the 112.198.58.48 address and it will work because of the ISP sending the route down to 112.198.61.104.
And statics like:
Considering LAN subnet (192.168.1.x)
static (interface,wan) tcp 112.198.58.48 80 192.168.1.1 80 netmask 255.255.255.255
static (interface,wan) tcp 112.198.61.104 80 192.168.1.1 80 netmask 255.255.255.255
Please mark it correct answer if this will fix your problem.

Hi Firoz,
I already talk the ISP to configure, but they said that the modem that they installed to us is not capable for routing.. they said that we need to buy router.
Do i need to buy a router or my ASA can handle the configuration?
Thanks,
Joel

Dear Joel,
Yes, you have to procure a router.
