show nat translation

i am using cisco asa 5510 with version 8.2(1)11

1-i can't find the command to display current NAT translations (local inside   local outside    global inside    global outside).

2- is it possible to change the timeout of NAT (is it 24h like in the router?)

1-Show xlate

2- Yes, it is time-out xlate ( Default 3 hours)
