TAC Service Request Tool -- New Request problem

Dear All,

Please see the attachment.

When i going to claim my faulty cisco device in RMA, but i did not entering the page a message dispaly :

"Your login ID is not set up to access the TAC Service Request Tool (TSRT)."

please help me about this issue.

TAC Service Request Tool -- New Request problem

Hi,

You should try to call Cisco 800 number and have them check your profile attachmentes to Smarnet contracts, they will be able to help you further.
