Try to switch to the pixfirewall command line under the command environment (the dark screen). So I issue a command: en

hit Return, the next prompt askes for the password:

I tried the fllowing separately:

cisco, cisco123

It never worked. What is the right password for this?

If this is a new install, try leaving the password blank. Just hit enter.

Not sure what you mean by "the dark screen"

This is not new installation. I left the password: balnk while hit the Enter key. The prompt says: Invalid password. Wonder how can I retrieve or recover the password. (Maybe I changed it awhile ago).

By the way, "the dark screen" I mean the DOS like command screen which can be launched from the RUN--> cmd.
