All the connection flags are documented in the command reference here.

The first connection appears to be in the process of shutting down (inside and outside FIN completed)

For a quick and easy view of what the flags are showing in the connections, I use the following site for a quick reference.

TCP outside 10.x.x.x:9000 inside 10.x.x.x:1342, idle 0:00:05, bytes 203, flags UIO

TCP outside 10.x.x.x:9000 inside 10.x.x.x.x:1340, idle 0:00:43, bytes 62, flags UfFRIO

when i checked we are geeting the above flags. far end users are facing problem regarding accessing of site

Usually the flags should be UIO ?

In my experience a good connection will have the flags UIO.  Which is the following:

U = up

I = inbound data

O = outbound data

This is good data communications inbound and outbound for this connection.
