All the connection flags are documented in the command reference here.
The first connection appears to be in the process of shutting down (inside and outside FIN completed)

TCP outside 10.x.x.x:9000 inside 10.x.x.x:1342, idle 0:00:05, bytes 203, flags UIO
TCP outside 10.x.x.x:9000 inside 10.x.x.x.x:1340, idle 0:00:43, bytes 62, flags UfFRIO
when i checked we are geeting the above flags. far end users are facing problem regarding accessing of site
Usually the flags should be UIO ?

In my experience a good connection will have the flags UIO. Which is the following:
U = up
I = inbound data
O = outbound data
This is good data communications inbound and outbound for this connection.

But why this flags immediately after UIO ie after just 2 sec when excuted show connection command
