unable to download file with large size

I have a site to site VPN set up to the client. Client is downloading the file from our server. VPN tunnel is fine.

But the problem is user is unable to download the file with larger size. The file size is 1.1 GB and they are able to download around 500Mbps to 600Mbps but after that they are facing disconnection. Is there any settings in the firewall to allow the larger file to download without any interuption.

Link bandwidth is good both the end and also there is no issue in the link during disconnection.

Please help

Re: unable to download file with large size

Try decreasing the MSS value as follows: sysopt connection tcpmss 1300

Re: unable to download file with large size

There is not enough information.

1. what code is the firewall running?

2. Can a non-vpn client - just a host on the internet download the same file without interruption?

3. what do the logs say when the connection disconnects?

4. How long does it take before it disconnects? and does this stay consistant?
