Make sure that the particular sites (pix/asa) device IP address as trusted sites list in your windows IE or browser which you are using. Or you missed to configure the IP address 22.214.171.124 in the PIX/ASA confiuration like "http 126.96.36.199 outside" in order to access the PIX/ASA from the particular network.
