After upgrading it is required new configuration or all configuration will be remaining same and can VPN tuneel support between installed asa 5505 both have different versions (7.2 and 8.3). Please tell us the advantage of version 8.3 as well. Thanks..

Take a backup of the existing configuration on all the ASA'S.Check for the commands available in the version 7.2 na d its equivalent command in 8.3.The commands may get upgraded to 8.0 automatically.few commands may have to be entered maually in different modes.
Refer the following url for ASA command guide:
version 7.2--http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa72/command/reference/crt_72.pdf
version 8.1--http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa81/command/ref/cmdref81.pdf
