Aces:

My ASA has like 700k ASDM messages buffered, but on the ASDM, I only can see messages cashed since the ASDM launched (on the Home page and Mornitor>logging>log buffer).  How can I view all buffered ASDM messages?  Need to troubleshoot an incident happened in yesterday.

My ASA is running on ver 8.2 and my ASDM is ver 6.4.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Unfortunatelly that is at much as the ASDM can get, just the messages that are logged while it is open.

You will need to check the loggs stored on the buffer via CLI or the messages that were sent to a syslog server f you have one configured).

Remember that the logging buffered has a limitted size and it uses a circular buffer, so the logs might be already "overwrite".

Thanks
