One of my customers is experiencing a problem with voice calls being established through their Cisco ASA 5510 (ver 8.0.3)
I haven't been able to get exact details of the phones they are using but I believe the gateway server is running SWYX.
It appears as though calls are established (the phone rings) but you cannot hear the people talking.
The SWYX (gateway server is at their Head Office. Calls are made from remote sites and the gateway routes calls as required.
is there anything I needd to do on the firewall to permit this type of traffic?
I have attached some of the console output below as well as the inspection config. Any input would be much appreciated!!

I had a similar problem when trying to make calls through a VPN tunnel that terminated on my ASA5520. The call established but no voice traffic went through. The fix was removing the inspect skinny from the policy-map global_policy. Hope that helps.
