VPN client cannot ping to other lan ( Ple Help)

Dear All,

I would like to ask you some question that i have the problem, so i cannot sovle.

i was configure VPN client on ASA. and the VPN client now it is working and and can ping to LAN HQ.

and my problem can not ping 40.40.40.1 other lan.

Pleaes kindly see in the attach file.

could you advise me how to do on this?

Note: the ip add 30.30.30.0 can ping 40.40.40.1 but the pool ip 10.10.10.0 can not ping to 40.40.40.1

The router on the 40.40.40.0/24 needs to know where 10.10.10.0/24 is

The firewall needs to be configured to allow this traffic.

The ASA needs to not nat the 40.40.40.0/24 traffic back to the VPN 10.10.10.0/24 clients.
