VPN issue

I have a group of users set up for VPN they can connect into the network without any issue, but while connect with the VPN they cannot access the web. They are part of the same vpn pool as another group and that group doesn't have a problem, but they are using a different username and password. Need some help.

What is your split tunneling policy?

Ah....ok I forgot to set the split tunneling policy when I was setting up the group. Problem solved.
