What does the following mean from an output of a show crypto ipsec sa?

It means that your security association is not established correctly, can you actually send packets over this vpn tunnel? You might want to check at the config on both sides of the tunnel.

We can send packets over this VPN tunnel, but it drops after some time. We have to do reset on both ends to bring the tunnel up again.
