Web server Not accessible after installing FWSM

There is a web server located on internet. the users first connect to the server then an ActiceX control is downloaded into the user and that control is installed. the users then enter its credention and gets authenticated. once the user is authicated then it takes a long time to connect to connect and at the end it does not connect. without FWSM the users were able to connect.

here is the capture that was taken on PIX firewall for the reference. the user is located on vlan 5 and the server is on outside. the client ip address is 10.70.101.84 is the client ip address and the 10.31.16.6 is the ip address of the server.

Also do a clear asp drop

Initiate the troublesome traffic, then post the 'show asp drop' over here.
