Which Cisco ASA do I need? 2 internet connections, multiple VPN situations

Looking to bring in a redundant internet link (T1) that is specifically going to be for a remote office site-to-site VPN. We are going to keep our current DSL link.

Which Cisco ASA would I need to do the following:

1) Two internet connections

2) Current DSL to do all it does right now (incoming email, browsing, etc)

3) New T1 to only be used for the site to site to a Cisco PIX 501 at remote office

4) Users with software VPN connect to the existing DSL link

Migrating away from a Cisco PIX 506 to this ASA and hoping it can keep it more simple that having multiple routers.

Which ASA and what options would I need to accomplish this? Or can it even be done? Or shoudl I go about doing it another way. I wanted to do MPLS, but that is out of the budget.
