ystem image file is "Unknown, monitor mode tftp booted image"

I have one PIX515E, it gives this message. Everytime i reload it, it start booting again and again, Then i use Monitor> and i load pix721.bin and i work,

Config file at boot was "startup-config"

It also gives me this message. How i can fix this problem, so that it will save the config into flash, and after reload/reboot it start working automatically.

Please help me

Hi,

Looks like your system file name is incorrect in output of show version

Did you upgrade or downgrade the PIX code?

If yes, how did you upgrade?

was there any PDM image when you upgraded/downgraded?

Please get the sh flash output.
