Hi,

When you encouter this problem??? After copying new IOS to flash?? Which mode it is going, rommon mode ?? what is the bootstring you given??

Rgs

yes this is happening after loading a new IOS, I get that error over and over until i do a break to rommon. at rommon i type boot and it boots.

Hi,

This looks like a mismatch of ios file name in the bootstring and actual one.... Once you booted thro. boot command see the output of show boot and show flash for the spcified boot file name...... Also see the boot sytem flash command in the show run output.....

Accordingly if you corrected this, i hope u can get out of this problem......

Still required, pls. paste the show flash and show run command output.

Rate if it does,

Hi,

As you mentioned, it seems to be same.... But your first output shows that it is trying to open flash:n which is bit confusing....

What about your show boot and show version config register output....
