am trying to connect to a cisco switch (catalyst 2924m xl) with cisco small business pro configuration assistant 2.2 (1)
it ask me a user a password
how can get those information from the switch
(with cisco network assistant no infrmation is needed to access it only ip adress)
It can be possible that somebody would have configured the username and password in the switch configuration that whay it is asking for username and password while connecting.you need to ask the administrator who has configured this switch he can help you out or if you want to recover the password of the switch and then want to reconfigure the switch then check out the below link hope that help !!
