Hi
I wanted to know if anyone can tell me what is the command that will allow me to copy and paste a banner statement on my ASA.
I'm trying to put the same banner on the ASA as my routers and switches. when i enter config mode and type banner login and
try to paste the banner i get errors but if i just enter one line something like, This is a restricted system it works, I just can't
copy and paste the entire banner in.

Hi,
Reading the guidelines on banners for firewalls it states.
quote from link bellow
"Multiple lines in a banner are handled by entering a new banner command for each line that you wish to add. Each line is then appended to the end of the existing banner "
Reference this link on some basic guidelines on banner usage in asa's
