Best current IOS that supports Netflow in a 6509?

Hello,

We are trying to enable Netflow in our core switches (6509E). The problem that we have is that once we enable it the CPU usage is noticeable higher and I've been thinking it could be IOS related. Does anyone have a recommendation of an IOS that provides good performance when Netflow is enabled?

What is your current version?. What is the process that is consuming the CPU?. 

Can you share "show proc cpu sorted" with netflow enabled?.

We have:

(s72033_rp-IPSERVICESK9_WAN-M), Version 12.2(33)SXJ

Netflow is disabled and we do not want to enable it since we saw some performance issues and we were told not to enable it again. At some point we will need to enable it, that is why i am thinking there might be a better supportive IOS version for Netflow.

We have a WS-C6509-E (R7000) processor (revision 1.2) with 983008K/65536K bytes of memory
