catalyst 3550 switch password recovery without losing running configuration

Anyone have exprience to recover lost password at catalyst 3550 switch? We hope to recover the switch password without losing the running configurations . The hardware box is live.

thank you for your reply but the link mostly focus on the 2950 series switch ? will it 100% applied to 3550 switch? I just afraid the existing configuration will lose.
