you could configure a dot1q trunk port on the router to a switch and use each VLAN for the separation of each subnet you want to use with DHCP then on the router give each VLAN an IP address - this way you have complete separation and this is what you need for multiple DHCP on 1 router - Separate Gateways (ie default-router) for each DHCP pool.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
