Connfiguring Vlans

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to configure a 2811 with 16 port ether switch to allow all tcp traffic flow to one through one of the interfaces (fa0/0, fa0/1)?? trying to improve latency by adding device connected to port on switch fa1/7. help please.....

here is my config. I am trying to seperate fa1/7 from the bridge. i need all tcp traffic to flow to fa1/7 prior to the bridge-group where the clients reside(vlan1). thanks. does this make sense?
