dialer interface not respond

I had a 1721 router, ((C1700-IPBASE-M), Version 12.3(6e). T1 is currently connected and we want to add a ISDN backup. after configured the bri0 interface. ISDN connection looks okay by checking show ISDN status but it will not activate. try to ping the dialer interface but no respond. any suggestion? see attachment for ISDN debug q931.

The debug that you posted does not give us much to work with. Perhaps if you let the debug run over a longer interval, and perhaps if you also ran debug dialer, then we might get a bit more work work with. It would also help if you would post the config of the router and post the output of show isdn status.

Providing there are no issues with the ISDN status as you have already mentioned, then ensure that you have configured or define your interesting traffic which should the bring the dialer interface up.

Please post the configuration in order verify same.
