Please, could anyone help concerning an AS5300 router whose flash image was deleted. An IOS upgrade was to be carried out but it was discovered that there wasn't space on the flash to allow for two images. The flash image was deleted and as expected, the router's not coming up anymore because the reload command was also run after. Please, Help.
Assuming that you have an image copy on a TFTP server that is accessible from the 5300 I would suggest that you try the tftpdnld command (you will need to SET the appropriate parameters used by tftpdnld).
I have the IOS on a TFTP server. The problem is I can't even access the console of the 5300. when i boot into ROMMON mode and run the "dir 1" command, it comes with an error message that fills up the screen and fails to stop until i power down. Basically, I might be wrong but I think the only way to access the 5300 is via the rommon mode. thanks.
I believe that you have found a very excellent resource on tftpdnld.

This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does

Attached policy provides CLI access to the Cisco 4G router over text messaging. Two files are in the attached .tar file:
2. PDF with instructions on how to load and use the .tcl file.
