How to note flapping links in log....

How does one setup a Cisco rtr or sw to show links going up/down in the local log?    I want to be able to detect if a link is flapping in the log via sho log.

Configure 'logging event link-status' in interface config mode.

Dont forget to check the logging severity, you can add this command:
Logging buffer information/debugging
