I just bought some used routers. A 2524, 2520, 2516. When I went to go boot them up they got hung in the process. I am needing some help to find out what the problem maybe. A few people said to reinstall the IOS, well you can't do that if you can't get into them to setup a tftp. I can call anyone that is willing to help me with this. I would love to get them working and get my certs. Here is a copy of where it hangs at:

Unfortunately I don't have time to find the links for you, but search CCO for 'password recovery for 2500'. This will give you the procedure to load the IOS without loading the config. See if this makes any difference.

try to get into ROMMON (by restarting the router and pressing Ctrl + Del within 10 seconds), and then use the XMODEM procedure detailed below:
