IDB limit on IOS 12.4

Hello, we are having a lot (~600) of L2TP connections from vehicle computers terminating on a Cisco 2621XM. We are running IOS 12.3 and IP+. This supports a max number of IDBs of 800. We are increasing the number of users, and will exceed 800 in a few months. I have been unable to find out if the IDB limit has been increased in IOS 12.4 for our router, could anyone please assist?

does not look like 12.4 goes beyond 800 IDB limit.

I have some 1841 routers running 12.4(3) with an IDB limit of 1200. I do not know if the IDB limit varies by platform, but there are some versions of 12.4 where the IDB limit seems higher.
