I've changed it into 9600.I can't get the prompt

Here's what's written on the screen :

Router#telnet 10.1.1.1 2005

Trying 10.1.1.1, 2005 ... Open

User Access Verification

*Mar 4 05:12:02.644: %SEC-6-IPACCESSLOGP: list 123 permitted tcp 10.1.1.1(0) -> 10.1.1.1(0), 2 packets

can anyone tell What's the source of the problem

It would be helpful if your would post the relevant parts of the config. It looks like the reverse telnet works - at least you appear to connect and to be prompted for a password. After that it appears that access list 123 is seeing your traffic (the source and destination addresses are the address that you use for reverse telnet). If we could see the config then we could see what access list 123 is being used for.
