need a white paper on ASICs/merchant silicon comparison
I remember have come across the white paper on cco.cisco.com web site which compares advantages of Cisco's own designed ASICs used in catalyst switches with those of merchant silicon from Broadcom and alike. I can't see it there anymore.
Could somebody send me a link or a reference to a new location? I'll appreciate it a lot.
