network health check and configuration advise

we are looking for a tool for a cisco routers health check and review the configuration and advise the update ,please advise for any tools

Cisco Network Assistant (Cisco proprietary) but it lacks reporting feature...its more likely real time monitoring tool

Alternatively you can go for Solarwinds NPM and Opmanager

or perhaps you can check Cisco Security Management Suite, which consist of CS-MARS (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6241/index.html) and Cisco Security Manager (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6498/index.html) as the main components
