It could be cause of following:

A cable that is out of specification (either too long, the wrong type, or defective)

A bad network interface card (NIC) card (with physical problems or driver problems)

A port duplex misconfiguration

To eliminate the problem.. follow below document check one by one.

We had this issue at our datacenter and the fix was to replace the line card.
